Suburbs we cover here: Brackendowns, Brackenhurst, Eden Park, Mayberry Park
Bracken Gardens runs heavier on complexes and townhouses than the rest of the Brackens, which makes matching the existing doors and getting sign-off as much of the job as the fitting.
What we see in Bracken Gardens
When one door in a run of a dozen fails, nobody wants a door that stands out. We match profile, finish and colour to the run, and say plainly when an exact match is discontinued.
Complexes also mean shared driveways and fixed hours. That governs the schedule rather than the build, but it means booking the slot early.
Getting on site
Access is arranged with the managing agent or trustees before the day, not at the gate, and we work inside the permitted hours.
Motors, backup and load shedding
Doors sit close to neighbours here, so a quieter drive is worth the small difference. Manual override standard.
Repairs on any make
Any make, any age. Springs, cables and guides cover most repairs, and where several doors in a run are the same age we tell the trustees which are next.
What it costs
Price follows the opening size, the slat specification and the finish the complex requires. Several doors together bring the per-door figure down.
How soon we can be there
Surveys are usually within 48 hours and breakdowns are attended same-day where the complex allows access.
Getting a quote
Send the opening size and a photograph of the existing run, plus the complex specification if there is one.

Common questions
Roller doors in Bracken Gardens
We will tell you honestly. Sag across the curtain, a motor working harder than it should and a bottom rail that no longer meets the slab evenly usually mean the door has done its time. Where there is life left we repair it instead.
Once it runs freely by hand, yes. We correct the guides and the balance first, because a motor fitted to an unbalanced Bracken Gardens door will be back on our list within two years.
Most doubles are surveyed, manufactured and fitted without the garage being out of use for more than a day. Manufacture is at our own works, so there is no six-week lead time.
